Hearth and Hill’s PDR can host up to 36 guests for a sit-down meal or meeting, or up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception, with sliding doors that provide full acoustic and physical privacy. The room features a gas fireplace, 65” television with ability to play videos, presentations, or a photo slide show, and state-of-the-art speaker system with the ability to play your own custom playlist, and a microphone for any speeches.
The patio at Hearth and Hill seats up to 42 guests for a sit-down meal or meeting, or up to 60 guests for a cocktail reception. The space features a gas fireplace, hanging bistro light bulbs, two fans, and a state-of-the-art speaker system that your own playlist can be connected to. The patio is directly accessible to the main restaurant through custom folding doors that open to 10′, helping bring the outdoors-inside, and the inside-outdoors!
If you are planning to host a large event, we’re your place! Hearth and Hill is unique for a large sit-down event, because of all of the seating varieties we offer. From large tables of 10-12, to a banquet that seats 20, to booths that seat 4, and high-top cocktail tables, we have it all! We can do breakfast, lunch, mid-day or dinner events.
Our culinary team has created a private event menu that will appeal to any of your group’s desires. From passed appetizers to family style or plated meals, we can do it! If you have any special requests, let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen!
My experience with Hearth and Hill was top notch from beginning to end. Once I reached out to the catering department, they were quick to respond and set up phone calls to discuss menus. They were always on time and prepared for our calls, which gave me confidence in their ability to deliver on the day of the event. I had never tried their food before but a friend had recommended them to me. We hosted a birthday party and opted for heavy appetizers versus a sit-down dinner. We had the opportunity to try MANY of the items on their menu and may I just say….everything was delicious!! We even ordered cinnamon rolls for the next morning which I can also highly recommend. On the day of the event, the staff arrived a little early as to give themselves ample time to set up. They came prepared with everything and more than I expected. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the evening. I cannot say enough about Hearth and Hill…..I was blown away by the food and their professionalism and service. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends in the Park City area.

The Hearth and Hill team provided an absolutely remarkable catering experience for a surprise outdoor birthday dinner for my wife and our family. On an amazing hillside in Park City they prepared food that was equal to or better than any formal restaurant meal we’ve ever had in Park City. Their service was terrific and they were collaborative about menu planning. In short I cannot recommend Brooks Kirchheimer and his team more highly.
